Ok, you go to jail for that, you know??? Even in America! This means society don't accept this 'eye for an eye' thinking.

Well it depends you are allowed to shot someone if they come into your house at night because normally when people come into your house at night it's to rob/murder ect but if they come into your house in the day time your not allowed to shot them because it could be some guy asking for somthing ect

Well, yes and no. If someone uses lethal force against you, you are allowed to use lethal force in response. It is called self-defense. You are allowed to respond with the same level of force that is being used against you.

Now if someone shoots at you and a couple of days later you go and shoot him, well, yeah, that'll get you in trouble.

Ummm, no. The ability to use lethal force to defend your home does not depend on the time of day.

yup, coz if u use spoon, fork or chopsticks, tis not the same level so u can't plead self defence :D but u can use table napkins, i think they are considered as less excessive than a toothpick. :P

See this is how 'an eye for an eye' or scam the scammer or kill the killer gets stupid. The whole point of voltis5's scam was that he felt he was doing 'justice' by scamming the guy back, now he feels bad (kinda of); of course if the system (sro) was set up properly, justice could've been enforced in other ways, like GM punish the original scammer. Similar to all those self-defence killing scenarios, however we do have a system set up in real life; it's called 911; call that number if someone enters your house without your permission; not shoot them, 'cause chances are, you might shoot a family member instead! :banghead: So, in the end, i must say, voltis5 wasn't that bad, his action was driven by the failure of the system (sro) to protect players from scammers.

Lol, that reminds of that random guys that tried to scam me once with a weapon elixir. he forgot to change the price aswell and opened the stall for 1 gold lol. that was a nice and cheap weapon elixir.

And to you question. No your not bad. Maybe you should not scam a scammer cause it just puts you on the same low level as he is. But if he opens the stall and forgot to change the price then its his own fault

there are people who log on every day with the intent of scamming people. i think this is poetic justice.
