Why would you ever run SRO while running SRO? Bandwidth meters measure how much of the connection is currently unused. As in it shows how much SRO left available. Your real connection speed is what the meter gets when no programs are using the connection.
I'm at school now and got a crappy 3600 kbps cuz it's 11:00 and everyone's on but at night i can get 6 MB/sec downloading the SRO installer which is 48,000 kps  At home I get 4500-5000 kbps cuz I got road runner
