i have HP pavilion dunno which model
intel core duo
2gb
geforce 7400 256mb

im running everything on high except tho my Bloom is off, on 1280x1024 and i have 60fps+.. depending on where i am or what i do

If ur buying a laptop just make sure u buy one with alot of memory(1GB atleast), silkroad only eats memory.
On my old personal computer i had 512mb of ram and i could hardly PVP cus i always had low fps in pvp even tho i had 7600gs geforce which is better than what im currently using

I just bought a compaq 6000 series, here are the specs:
AMD Turion 2.0 Single Core
1gig Dual Channel ram
Nvidia go 6150 Graphics card
Windows Vista

It can run sro on low graphics on the highest resolution due to its widescreen, but is pretty laggy, good for stalling and shopping but not grinding, unless you are use to it. My main machine is a fully built gaming machine so it runs everything max..im spoiled :P Im sure that since vista is demanding 1gig to run aero this probally affects sro's game play, im about to install XPsp2 on it until Vista works out its problems.

The laptop also is ran on a wireless broadband network so this may contribute to the laggyness, I need to test it on a wired connection.

Windows Vista Ultimate x64bit
Intel Core-Duo 2
2,046 MB of RAM
7200 RPM 2ghz processor
dx10 nvidia graphics card.

i run everything on high ^^ with resolution of like 1,600* 12-something on a 17inch screen.

no computer lag whatsoever, just server lag sometimes.

on a laptop? thats insane if your running a 8800, that suckers gotta be one thick laptop...

i run SRO on a 2GHZ dell latitude with geforce go440 and a gig of ram.

turn off all everything and i run 1280x1024 res (i have a screen that supports 1600x1200, but the game doesnt really like that res too much)
