You want to 1-shot them without imbue because when the bot does a normal attack it doesn't have the imbue cast fast enough. It only casts fast enough if you're using a skill with a long charge up. That's why you always see bots do an attack without imbue, imbue halfway through, and finish the attack like that. Plus you won't be able to attack the monsters fast because your bot program won't target them until the imbue cooldown time is up and you are ready to use the skill again. You want to make your bot more efficient by removing the need to wait for the cooldown time in between casting the imbue again.

Right here you said you won't be able to see her in the Stronghold because you'll be sleeping or out having fun while your bot runs.
