Today I was in DW and saw the usual things, WTB this or that, WTS this or that, This guild sucks, this guild pwns... etc. Then I saw one of those "SELLING ELIXERS!!! 1g!!! WTFLOLBBQPWN" things, and I was like wow I wonder how many people are going to fall for that scam, lol, as many others were thinking as they yelled profanities at him general chat. But my curiosity got the best of me and I went to check it out. And low and behold he had the stall open, completely full of 1gp shield elixers. I thought, hes gonna modify, but nope. He sold me around 10 of them for 1g and many other people got some too. I don't remember his name, but what a nice guy. Also, he said he wasn't quitting he just didn't need or want them. Haha. A guess it was a lucky day for me.

I'd say he was doing it because the economy was poor :\. Then again he could be super rich and baught out everyone else xD.

happen to me i got tired of CROWDED sign at Olympus so i w3nt to try Venice
i was reading some globals and some chick named Sweet something spamming bot sites and saying she was selling globals for 150k one guy posted saying to not go to that site that it was a scam site i pmed him and said now ppl who would want to bot will find another one let ppl who want to bot fall for it and get hacked got in a discussion ect to a point that he said once you hit 72+ and get 1% for 6 kills youlll be begging for a bot then i got another pm of a chick next to me she better not ask for gold i only have 10k well instead she got in front of me and started dropping elixirs and some cash she had som bow lvl 16 rich farmer i assumed but nice thing to do |||| to bad i might not play there again made enough to buy a sos lvl 1 glavie xD

Wow...This is weird. I just did this on Aege yesterday. I was selling weapons, Elixirs, and even an SOS. All lvl 1-45 but it was funny watching all those ppl come and buy. I even had a few people thank me. (Which in this game is hard to believe!) I am gonna start doing this once a week. It is entertaining and feels good to help some noobs out.

wow.....well i got murder yesterday and dropped 20 dragon horses and 3 stacks of x=large pet pills and the guy that got em gave em back. It's nice to see an effort to make the economy better than it has become.

I saw something like this on tibet a few days ago. Didn't bother checking because I was sure it was a scam.

But yea there really is still nice people on sro. I was especially surprised to find one on tibet.

Some dude named Lord_Yarkan did his own little "events" in which you had
to find him and he'd give you free stuff. The other day he gave away lvl 32 sos spear and today he gave out some more sos stuff. And the other day when I went to go camp for TG he pops out of no where and decides to have a monster scroll party with about 10 of us campers. He used about 4 or 5 pandoras and around 2 or 3 monster scrolls with full exp and item share. We need more people like that... :roll:

2 stories here.

1. When i 1st started playing sro, * a good year and a half, maybe 2 years ago* i was playing with some mates from school. They knew some people that were mid lvls *4x*. As i knew nothing about the game and had no money, my friends mates gave me about 1 million in cash. Nice guys they were.

2. It isnt that rare to find nice people like that. I use to sell all my accessory elixirs for 1gp. As i BARLEY ever found them i found great pleasure in helping out someone who needed them more than i did. Sure i may have lost a few mill or so in the end* i barley ever got them* , the reward of being nice is much more worth it.
