No "Start" button on silkroad launcher

I'm posting this for a friend, and me too kind of, because I have the same problem on one of the computers I use.

mine did this, then i installed direct x latest version and it worked

it happens to me and i have installed the newest directx and restarted the program but it keeps happening plz help me :banghead:

happens to me sometimes.. it's usually because of a latency on my internet connection..

i have similar problem except when i click on silkroad most of the time the launcher doesnt even pop up and when it does pop up it only appears for like a sec and then disappears... anyone got some solutions to this

It happens when they are doing random game inspections. This or either you get the message saying that they are inspecting it.
