Do you even bother logging in on weekends? Are you pissed at Joymax because they changed the image verification method?

I for one would really like them to at least give us the old method back... the one that enables you to log in if you type the fastest(or use the 2 pc trick /*cough*sm*cough*)...
but i guess i doesn't matter what i think let alone what a silk buyer thinks ^^... if it went p2p(without subscriptions) I'd buy the game, if that would make jm do something about traffic, I'm sure i would

I might be wrong...but typing the whole image verification thing over and over especially on a weekend is no fun at all. At least before, I can just click "Connect" until the image verification screen comes up..and IMO the chances are higher than what we have now. But its all a matter of preference...I've heard some players who like the new method.

No No NO to p2p and SRO dont be p2p. I like it what it is . Only they can take off image verification ..(But is not annyoing anymore.) so I dont complaine and are not pissed at Joymax .

Wouldnt make JM do shit about the traffic. SRO is always going to have traffic problems. Learn to live with it plz. Oh and before you say omgwtfbbqhax or w/e its true. It is because of the way the game is coded, there will always be connection issues.

I think it's better now...

With the old method i couldn't log in game during traffic hours. I had to w8 for the server to be "populated" to be able to enter the game.

Now i can log in game anytime. Even if servers are crowded. I have to try a few times, but i can enter the game in max 30 min.

The game is not officially p2p, but practically it is, you HAVE to have PT to get in :S. Why did they change the log in method? So their new product doesn't become useless cause people can log in easily using the 2 pc trick...

You can still use the 2 PC method if you know what you are doing.

If they made the game pay to play...then people can sue about poor service. By having it this way, they can always say it's a free game, feel free to leave.

It's a tactical measure so they can have crappy service and get money...

I'm a 'non-customer' as in I don't buy Silk.

Most days it takes me about 10-15mins to log in which is ok. Weekends aren't 2 bad either it just take about 10-20mins then. Today (Saturday!) I even got on at my first attempt at 3pm!!!

Also Lagg's not 2 bad 4 me either, there's the occasional day when it's bad and i get dc'd but normally little or no lagg and a smooth time playing.

Bad luck if you do take hours to log on and/or you get loads of lagg and/or dc'ing, but I don't think that's all @ JM's end maybe ur internet is slow :p

I don't buy any silk (ie no PT) and I get in first try on weekdays. Weekends are hit and miss. Of course I always log in at non peak hours so thats the exception.

Regardless, they should keep the current method b/c it doesn't hit the server as much. The client doesn't spam the server 2x with login queries. Using the two PC system is just exploiting the login anyways which doesn't help the problem at all.

yeah, it works fine atm, and its the weekend...

I actually LIKE what they are doing. This new system makes people get pissed off. It makes lower lvl people want to quit the game and move onto something else. It also deters new players from starting the game, as it gets a bad reputation. So... this means there are less people wanting to get into the server, meaning its less crowded... meaning i can get in it may sound evil... but oh well

If not that, in a few months when i finish school ill get a job and get a pt, problem solved.


Also, if SRO re-released the game where u had to buy he game outright in a store, still kept the item mail system, but had 100% log in all the time, then i would be willing to buy it.
