Now. I'm not complaining xD, but I'm very confused this was from a Bunwang giant. Should it of been a level 42?

no thats ok...penon can drop 64 sos for example (or yeti's) and my friend got a 52 sos bow from bunwangs

I've gotten a 47 sos armor chest from a flower before (the lvl 33 kind, near the scorps) so it's definitely possible. Nice find

I got a sos protector level 37 chest from an earth taoist. Things like this do happen.

i would like to know whats highest possible difference between drop and monsterlevel... got a 24 som ring from a flower, which has been quite... um... disappointing, for an som. anyways, next som was 66 shoes from a penon...

they drop within 3 degrees for you
could have been 5th,6th, 7th degree
once it was a little more random as i remember people telling storys of how they got a level 1 sos from a level 60 yeti but that was way back at the 60 cap and prolly was a a glitch

It's definently possible... I got an SoS Level 42 Blade from Red Yeowas before... think those are like, around Level 35 or something?

Maybe he takes the alchemy items off his monkey and puts them in his inventory.
