Int Hybird sword What should i wear

hey i just started a new charcter and its gonna be a int hybird sword my question is which armour would benefit me the most

A spear

If you want to be INT hybrid, you should be a spear.
Wear either protector or garments.

you should use spear but S/S good defense.

Protector would be prefered but garmets are fine ^^

Don't go hybrid with s/s I did got to lvl 36 then relized how much I sucked so go with spear it'll be way better

Depends. I would never wear garments with spear seeing as you can use as much defense as you can get. I don't know how well hybrid S/S would work out since your nukes will probably hit real low but I like to use protector/armor with my pure INT S/S character.

The s/s hybrid relies more in weapon skills, so nukes won't be a main attack, just a support. They could use nukes as a starter, like nukers use lion shout, though lion shout is more a finisher hehe

Wear garms/protector, whatever you feel you need. For pvp, I'd recommend protector. Anyone saying s/s hybrid is dreadful just hasn't seen a good one. Their dmg isn't that great until they get lvl 68 bicheon stabs, but if you don't have those stabs you can't win as a blader or pure int sword anyway, so whats the big problem? You're slightly more dependent on ur phys skills than a pure, but pure will lose without good KD + stabs too. :banghead:

chains r finishers, lions r quickie anti-pots

since u dont like garment the PROTECTOR!! <----- the only choice thats logical (armour? pff)

Do not let them talk you out of hybrid s/s
They are very decent below lvl 68 as well. I think they start to shine once they are 42+.

Oh and the lvl 52 hybrid S/S I play is wearing protector. This char has a 80% mag balance naked. Close to 100% with clothes. In pvp I would say this build is better then any pure int, at least at this lvl with similar gear.

Are you lvl 80?

How many hybrid swords have you fought at the cap?

What gear did they have and how did it compare to yours?

And these str characters they couldn't kill. Could they be killed or was it a pot war?
