Indeed Cin ur correct, looks like some process is taking ur space, that is y ur not able to connect to the game.
Try to remove the processes from the task manager, but make sure if u know wat ur removing or ... post a screen shot of wat ur task manager > processs has .. we will let u know.

You have the 1.062 to 1.064 patch on your desktop, and yet I see that your current client version is 1.062. Have you tried running that patch first? If your update gets stuck at v1.062 it will most likely solve it.

Oh brother. I know this problem. I know it all too well. Your O/S does not recognize your video card. This has only 3 possible solutions.
1. Update your graphic card drivers OR use older-version drivers.
3. Format your drive and re-install the drivers.
2. Buy a new graphic card.
Sorry but I've faced this problem before with my friend, and nothing worked until he bought a new card...

a driver cd is often not the best choice since it most likely contains drivers that aren't up-to-date. You should try it and see if it works, but if it doesn't then try downloading the latest drivers from your card manufavturer's website.

Yeah. Download updates from manufacturer's website. It's not too complicated. You download the new drivers, uninstall current, reboot, install new driver, then reboot again.
