On april 26th, my paypal account got limited access, and chargeback was done to my silk payments, so I got banned. I asked (MorningDew) before how to unban my sro account. You said Joymax has nothing to do with chargeback issues, and I have to solve the limited access problem with Paypal. After more than a month, I managed to collect all the documents needed to restore full access to paypal account. I couldnt make it earlier, because bank needed time to finish the documents, but now, that problem is solved, and my Paypal is funcioning normally again. But still, I am banned.
Moderators, please help me. Is there any way to unban my sro account? I didnt do anything illegal! Everything was 100 percent legit, and I finally managed to get my paypal account back, thinking I will unban my character by doing that. What to do? Is there anything? I am desperate.

Joymax have banned you because of the chargeback issue, not because of the state of your PayPal account - they can't monitor it. And because they can't monitor it, you will not get unbanned automatically even if you do restore your PayPal account. What you must do now is send an e-mail to Joymax, explaining what has happened and noting that the problem has been fixed. Simply ask them to unban your account.

Make a new account to log in to their website. Once logged in you have the option to contact them. I've never bought silk myself, but I believe there is a transaction number for it, or something of the sort?
At any rate, you should explain to them that it was PayPal that was causing you problems, and that the charge-back wasn't your fault, and that you offer to pay them fully for the Silk, and that you are sorry this happened, and that you want to get unbanned. Make sure to supply the transaction number and PayPal transaction ID (there is a transaction ID for every transaction in PayPal, check the "History" on your user page), as well as your old account's ID. I think that would be sufficient.

Well it should. It wasn't your fault after all, and it's not like you've done anything illegal.. at least not on purpose.. have you? :P
We all know Joymax are jackasses when it comes to hacking and botting issues, but I've heard of blocked accounts that were restored before. So you have a chance :)
