But bow crits harder, if it crits with erm.. the blue weirdo skill.

That weird blue thing is anti-devil arrow (spelling? ). Its 3rd book grants +30% crit chance which is devastating
Strong bow spirit/vision skills deal the greatesd damage as far as i know, but they're damn slow so I quite rarely use them. If you are in the better situation you might try starting the fight with strong bow - maybe the fight will take one shot only
Last but not least two pacheon skills too help your damage, namely the white/blue chicken (forget black, it just sucks) and the passive. Both buff your attack rating.

if 90% of the sro world didnt love glaives, id upload all my vids of me destroying them.
at lvl 49 i could tank 3 of them. one had 48+3, another a 6d +5 glaive probably also 48, and the last one a 52+3. they were all thieves.
it was hilarious.
sry but all the glaives ive faced, sos/som, just never crit enough to kill me. I on the other hand, crit some nice anti-devils and demon arrows, and all they ever say is omgggg i lost cuz of crit.
yea well no shit sherlock.
and to ppl that will say OMGGGGG UnDutchable in those vids is wearing protectooooooooooooooors.
yea well shit i wear protectors too cuz INT's are a joke when we have a crit 30 increase skill that kills them 1 hit.

You better be talking about PURE INT's
Cause im a hybrid int and i guarantee, no archer my lvl can pwn me, and i have a 6 lvl gap.
yesterday i faced a pure str archer using extra large(i use large) pots, with a sos +5 bow vs my +4 sword, ll 64 ......i won. And i did not kill him one time, i killed him three times, he killed me one or two times too. But that was when i was watching other pvp and tanked him for a while.

Wait untill you get to lvl 70+, where the weak builds transformed into killing machines.

lol 60 bow skills against a lvl 90?? what will that do except tickle him a bit..
Dual weapon will be hard to make work at higher lvl's and even more for pure str.

it depending if you are going to play until the new cap and skills arrive. at lvl 80 glaivers have no problems, but in ksro where the new knockback and stun bower rarely die anymore.

go bow you will lvl faster and if you have a pet you get alot of drops must have silk though the best build with silk should be archer and lvl 70-80 skills that might be added in a yr or more can do so much its amazing they become the best build in the game at lvl 90

I don't get why people gets so excited so soon about the 90 lvl bow skills because even when the 90 cap is soon, those skills will be implemented until the Legend VI update, which is after Euro... and that update is a bit farther away...
If you want to build a bow it will be great until that update, so, don't expect on getting those skills very soon, even with the 90 cap...

There are some very strong dual wield glaive/bowers... *cough*Death2All*cough*
At this cap, a dual is one of the most succesful STR builds.
At the 90 cap, with an anti devil skill that has crit 40 increase, STR bowers will be [quote="MrFudge"A certified INT killer[/quote]

When the 90 cap comes, the skills will remain at 69. After that, there will be the job update, then, will come the Euro patch. After Euro there's something named Legend VI (At least that's the name in kSRO) which is all that Castle Siege thing, and then will be implemented the skills up to lvl 90. Which include all the new features of bow skills and the change of Heuksal and Bicheon chains, Ice shield, etc
