Is it just me or has stalls changed drastically these last few months, in the old days you could shop around and you could find anything you want, all tiers of all degrees, now it seems people just don't sell the stuff you need and most of it gets npc'd, wanna find a non 8th degree hat? It's like finding a sos drop now, nobody seems to bother stalling any of it.

Every stall just seems to consist of stones, tablets, sos gear, alchemy and 72+ gear, whatever happened to all the lvl 40 - 72 stuff, lol I spent an hour trying to find some gear in Hotan and surprisingly couldn't find a single piece I wanted.

It's making it so your better to grind in armour/protector just so you have more chance of being able to find something to wear off the floor being that you can mix the two.

Selling stuff is the same, nobody even wants reasonably priced +5 sos weapons anymore, you don't even seem to get noob offers either.

I suppose the big difference is that in the old days everyone played all day and then stalled their drops at night, in the new age since 90% of the game is "playing" all day and night nobody bothers stalling anything anymore

They should add that auction system, at least then people might bother to try and stall some stuff.

When my friend was switching to garment at 69 it took us about two days to find all 6 pieces in stalls, rediculous.

I don't even bother looking anymore, I just grab npc ones until I get a better one as a drop.

Most people are to busy grinding 24/7  to stall their drops, and people are afraid they're gonna get d/c halfway through night anyway.
I don't stall my drops i rondo them so do most people i know.

Talk about non-sos farming armor... doh. They charge like 40k for a piece that isn't even fully pimped :banghead:

It's because there are tons of bots now. O_o A real person grinds and gets two drops before he gets tired. A bot can grind all day and night and find tons of items. It's easier and faster money for the botter to npc all those items at once than stall them.

I know it's not what u wanna hear but it's the truth. ;)

Amen - I don't need tabs or elements, just equips. Used to have really good luck with finding equip in stalls, but I can't seem to find any 2nd tier 8th items (for decent prices) - finding any new equips for my 4x takes a long time too since I can't afford super-pimped or sox. Doesn't anyone stall normal stuff anymore? :?

72+3 weaps are also way overpriced.

And who has stolen all the farking protector elix???? I searched all over hotan for an hr the other day and found one stall selling them for 100k a pop. Of course only thing left in there was shield elix when i found it :(

*shameless plug for wts - 70-74 female protector - most clean or low lvl blue, going to good home for npc prices. :)

Using a second pc to stall, I still don't bother stalling most of my crap. This day in age, so much pimped gear and sos gear is already in the system and with so many people purchasing gold, stalling plain drops doesn't get me anywhere. I check if any of my immediate friends or guildies need the drop, and otherwise it gets npcd [even 72+ stuff]. Also, most people these days rondo their shit drops... Probably accounts for another reason as to why you see so little normal drops stalled.

you are wrong, nothing changed on the bot part the only thing is that Joymax started banning them rest has been the same.

i used to find most of my items just by walking in town asking what i wanted that gave me more results than checking all stalls but since that is nearly impossible these days with all the random goldcompany spammers shopping through globals has most results but feels kinda farked up when everytime you need a single piece of equipment that you need to use globals.

best thing to do is shop things you will need in a level or 5-10 already.
i don`t think anything really changed (besides the spam) are you playing on a different time schedule than you used to black_mamba ? that is the only thing that might explain it since nearly each normal player that does not have a second pc usually stalls at same time, so finding certain items might depend on it.
