you know the Personal message system to send offline users a message...well, you may be aware that there is one for Guild and Union....what level does my guild have to be for that to take effect? (I know Union needs a union i gotta be in)

I thought it worked no matter what level your guild is.

If not, I'd say level 2 or 3.

2 for guild 3 for union

or both 2 , I forgot O_o

Odd, my guild is level 2, and i can't do it....i'll wait for level 3.

First time wen i tried it .. guild was lvl 3... so i tink its 3

is it for everyone? I haven't tried.

I tink any1 can send a Guild Notice.. i m not a Guild Master ...

Lv3 guild = guild message

Lv4 guild = union message

Yeah it's everyone, even if you don't have ANY guild privileges, I remember Yuske used it to say goodbye to us before he left the guild. As for union message, you must have Union chat for this to happen however it is only sent to the guild leaders of the guilds in the union.

if u mean send a note to any palyer or any members in u guild or u union
press u then go to message then write the name of the player and the message then send it

if u mean notic that appear in GUILD windwos u must have a permission and u can do it from lv.1

He means u can send a note to EVERYONE in your guild by pressing one button. Look in the message section, you will see a button called guild message, u can check and uncheck the names of people u want it sent to.
