no, the crit 19 stat makes up for not being +9.
btw you people pimping out your 8d gear, you are gonna give us late bloomers amazing weapons when its our turn to be lvl 72+.

I wouldn't lol. Same thing comparing 1Love's +9 100% phy to a +11 .... I much much rather have the higher + ..... white stat can always be fixed, but a + can sometimes be impossible to obtain ... and your wasting money getting there.

You see how many 9d Ksro SUN wepons there are. Almost every high level has one. Joymax did not screw up at all.
