Someone can't use their credit card, they are underage so no prepaid creditcard or gift card.

I dunno I don't think there are payment methods like that best thing is a pre pay cnt think of anything else I heard of people getting there friends to do it but thats not recommended scammers,chargeabck and so on.

the ppl who were talkin about it were underaged and had those cus they couldnt
get a real credit card i think. ill try check it but its so hard to search here :P

What you mean legally?
Theres other payment options available for other countries, like in Philippines you could purchase a silk gift coupon if I'm not mistaken. Check on the payment options.

Even if your underage you can use gift cards, not prepaid but the gift cards

See thats the thing most parents arent foolish enough to give a kid a credit card...no way i would let my kid ruin my credit...
unless you mean a prepaid which isnt really a credit card, more of a debit...

If you weren't doing anything illegal, then you would comply with their request and fax in the required info to prove your identity.

hey can i also use Wallie-Card ( also a prepiad card ) for SRO ? since we cant get any MasterCard/VIsa prepaid cards here out in the Netherlands.
