okay. So my cpu usage is at 100% when sro_client is running on my task manager. Since this has been happening, I've noticed slowness in my laptop. Anyone know how to get my sro_client down from 100% on task bar?

Go to My Computer, then click on View system information. Your CPU should be there.

Post this in Technical Help section next time. And please post this:
Start > run.. > dxdiag. Make a screenshot or 2 and post them here. (This will be moved to Technical Help).
Anyways, has this problem always occured or did it just start happening?
Make sure you got the latest drivers for your system.

duh, it's normal for cpu to be at arnd 100% when you're running a program...especially a game...
when you're stalling/afk, just minimize the client with window+D or go into task bar & right click on client then minimize
minimizing the client when you're afk/stalling will bring ur cpu usage down to 0-10%

yeah games are normally supposed to run at 100%, because a game is a continuous loop of code, and the whole idea is to run that loop as fast as they can.

okay. so tell me why my vent/sro has been skipping voices now? It hasn't been doing that till the past 3 days.. I've always been able to run sro/vent together and have no voices skip while alt tabbed into sro. But when I'm alt tabbed into Vent when SRO is on I dont lag. It's always when im signed on vent and alt tabbed into sro when Vent voices start skipping. Anyone know how I can get that normal?

close backgrounds processes.
Really, even games that are old as hell should take 100% CPU.

i thinking your computer being a laptop is the main problem to the performance. laptops are not made to run high quality game. laptops dont have a good cooling systems like desktops do. so if u play games on laptops to long , the laptops surface bacomes hot and the performance spikes up high.
i not sure if thats right but thats my guess
