I have been getting far too many server disconnection since my premium has finished, now i don't know how this works but they probably disconnect me to make room for premium users, but i have been a paying customers for sometime and this is just not fair, i spend 40 minutes of my time trying to get into the game and they just disconnect me like i mean nothing,

They are sending out the wrong message, i can tell the difference between having a premium ticket and not, and when i did have a premium i never got disconnected from the server once, today i got disconnected and also yesterday, this is unfair they need to sort this problem out.

and if you try suggesting its my computers or internet don't bother because i know its not. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

I think it's fair. Paying customers are paying for freebies. I would rather have it P2P, at least it would be cheaper, as I wouldn't have to pay for freebies. Money talks, bullshit walks.

I believe they way they do it like this:
- Users without PT are generally not d/ced, but I've been d/ced once or twice.
- When the servers get full, the users who were first on the servers have a greater chance of being disconnected as it fills up to make room.

I know this because I've gotten on right after server inspections within the first 100 or so people, and in about an hour or so when its full, I *always* dc. (No PT now)

However, just because the server is full, does not meant you cannot get on. Sunday I somehow managed to get in 1st try during the middle of the afternoon when serverstats showed server at 3017/3000 people. If you try log enough you will eventually get in.

Anyways though, no use in complaining about it, that won't change anything with Joymax when money like that is involved.
