I know some of you may be getting tired of this question so please dont flame me for this. I just want to know, i plan on being a healer because i think that most people are gonna be the other types so me being a healer would be effective, i was planning on being a ceric, and my friend was gonna be a wizard, but i also wanted to a warlock; but what i wanna know is why can the cleric only heal, and this is where i get to pcituring in my head whats gonna happen is that all's im gonna be doing is healing people, so whats the fun in that im gonna get bored real quick arent I? cleric just has to be the panzi of the group so if you get hit RUN lol, i just wanna know what you guys think i should do, either be a cleric or a warlock, and i really wanna be a cleric just i dont wanna get bored wit it.

Clerics are healer only, but the do have some attacks and also the absolute damage skill which is really strong. Well it can get boring, but there is a more simple method to clear your problem.
After some post i think that you can have 270 mastery lvl at end game lvl, 150. But if we follow the current cap you can have around 100 -120 or similar.
So go Cleric as your main mastery and Warlock as your secondary mastery, because as you said you like cleric more .

As JackB4u3r stated, you can have more than one mastery. I have seen some people who used even three (for example: warrior - bard (speed buff) - cleric (resurrection)). The question is, if you can play them effectively.
When playing a cleric your skills are usually in high demand, so you will be busy keeping your party alive and might not find the time to switch the weapon, use some skills and then switch back. Furthermore some of your buffs, as an example the +int or +str buffs, will disappear if you switch from your cleric rod to another weapon.
What I saw working okay, was someone who had the combination cleric/wizard. He would enable a cleric skill (haven't gotten it myself yet) that continuously heals everyone around him for quite a nice period of time and then switch to wizard to kill some stuff. He was, however, at least 10 levels higher than the rest of the party, so for enemies his level, his damage dealing ability, as well as this way of healing, might not be sufficient.

remember cleric allows you to wear protector, but warlock doesnt.
so just keep your cleric mastery higher so you can be a protector wearing warlock
loophole lol.
