wierd how most of the chinese weapon crit drop by 1 and most of the euro weapons have (100%) crit on them.

Yeah because on some euro weapons you have a 50:50 chance of getting 100%, so it's not hard.

the ones you are referring to are most likely the harp/cleric rod/warlock rod and staff...dont these all have just C2(100%) cuz the are int and doest do melee attacks.

bout the topic...euro just started so there wasnt any drops where the crit couldve been lowered on

yeah chinese dropped by 1 and euro didnt because there wernt any.
