Well I am a int hybird currently 2:1 and farming and I was wondering, what magical balance (naked) I should shoot for and what weapon (s/s or spear) I should use if I wanted to be insane at PvP.

Also I was wondering if I should just start over, and try a diff build to own at PvP, if so pls post the build.

Please post I'm really starting to doubt Int Hybird's ( I'm pretty sure I should'nt though).

Another thing, what should my masteries be?

I was thinking that this would be good:

80 Hsuekal/Bicheon
80 Fire
80 Light
60 Cold (mana shield)

What is your Magical balance at the moment ?

To build a really good hybrid you need lots of gold so you could be full sosun and all your stuff must be full blue. (you ask for something that rocks )

Going for a 2/1 hybride will give a lot of HP but poor magical attack. I got an 5/1 hybrid sword and shield, full sos, protector. Im lvl 61 at the moment and itt gets hot with mob 68 or over.

I ll be maxing fire and bicheon and adding light (40 for grass walk and other buffs) cold (40 for the 30% mana shield) and force (60 for the vital spot series ) as support.

85% balance works very well, if you get the heuskal passive you'll have at least 10k hp at lvl 80 (with lots of str on gear and hp 1200 increase) and you'll also be able to dish out good damage. Possibly more since I believe the heuskal passive got added two more levels.

You can do either:

80 Weapon
80 Light
60 Fire
80 Cold

or

80 Weapon
80 Light
80 Fire
60 Cold.

I'd take spear as my weapon, but thats just because I like the damage over sword, and int hybrids certainly aren't bad

Oh and I would take option #2 personally, hybrid + 40% mana shield sounds good.

My Magical balnce is 72/70(phys) and with gear is 101/79 right now im farming and currently i have 31.5k sp. So generally speaking 85% is optimal for PvP? And the reason I'm worried about my int hybird is becuz of the updates, alot of ppl say pure str will be gods and that pure ints will be able to tank becuase of the moving buffs(previously unmovable) and mana shield. But what about hybirds where is our justice ?

Yes, 85% is the best imho.

He has no sun parts and just a 72+7 spear, with mana shield and new skills you should do fine.

i like 83% for spear if you have gold
93%ish for sword.

so 85% naked it is for me, I have decided to stick with int hybird

85% naked dats ALOt of int, i'm 2:1 int hbyrid my naked balance is 73% mag and 67% phy................................. wearings garm with ice/light

you can do:
80 weapon(spear)
80 weapon(sword)
80 fire
60 lighting

mana shield doesnt turn you into a god

but it helps alot, dual weap is bad build to run espeically at nxt cap

Who cares about next cap? We just got 80 cap and 80 skills recently they arent gonna raise the cap for a while. At this cap that we have dual weapons will work..

Ignore this and just use one weapon.

80-85% mag balance for spear or 90%+ for sword.

i like my mastery to be..

80 spear(for new soulspear)
75 light
68 ice (ice bluffs kool)
77 fire (fire bluffs kool also)

hoping when 90 cap comes there will exceed 300 mastery points.

Not going to happen. ;p

Level 150 final cap, 300 mastery... one weapon tree and one element. Can't you see that it fits?

Not to mention it fits into the European system perfectly.

i am lvl 71 hybrid s/s the best builds for it are

spear 80%

sword 85%

(anything else you will have to do crazy alchemy on your equips not that you dont have to do with these balances but... not as much)


weapon 80
light 80
fire 77
ice 50

then at 90 cap you will have to lower something a few lvls

Thanks for the extra opinions. But I have one last question. Since the introduction of mana shield wouldnt 80 to 85% magical balance be more effective? I would have more mana to expend on the shield, more damage, and enuf hp to survive. Doesn't that mean Int 80 to 85% > Int 2:1?

If I offended any 2:1's out there I apologize in advance, I just want to know what's best

obviously having 80% mag balance u will have less hp, ad with ew skills now, glaive's SSS dmg is crazy and also crits will be weaker
