wat counties can and cant play isro?

im on vaction in china now and when i tried opening isro theres no start button

is there a way that i can play isro here?

Even if it's beyond me how you can want to play SRO while on a vacation ...

You might be able to use a proxy to get around the ban for China. But even if you do, I don't think you will have much fun with the speed on a free/public one.

go out jeeze..
i went to beijing and other places of china for 1 and half of month
everyday i went out at 9am and came home at 11pm or later
so much things to do....
