Well option #1 is using the official website costumer service.

#2 is this: http://www.joymax.co.kr/eng/default.asp or rather: http://www.joymax.co.kr/eng/company/contact.asp but I think the site is rather outdated

#3 someone posted contact information here on the forums once I think, some phone number and adress.

But from all those options (except the phone number) I doubt you will ever get a reply.

But if Lagmax banned all users of CLICKNET, they probably had a good reason to do it, but I've never heard anything like this happen before :/

My problem is your English is terrible. No offense but you dont need to use ellipses so much. ( If you didnt know an ellipse is the ... you keep repeating )
If you need to make a break or a pause in your text, then use a space bar or a comer.
