Bought 200 silk via "Click and buy" but didnt get

hi ppl

some weird thing going here :s
i bought 200 silk via "Click and buy" but didnt get it... (€16,-)
i am allready waiting 2 weeks for the silk..
i posted a topic on the silkroad online site,
Joymax says: Be patient the issing silks will be applied to your account, arround 12 days ago.
But still no silk

does anyone know what to do ?
I wanna sue them

I bought but didnt get anything :shock:

Send them a bug report with proof that you have bought the silk, and ask them to check. That should do it.

i bought 250 silk yesterday via C&B and i got it so i dont know what the problem
