Level 90 cap hasnt been implemented in International sro yet. Unless you meant lvl 90 players (playing on other sro versions) on these forum.

Yea GM are 100 and nobody else is LVL 90 Only LvL 80

With all the grinding the 80 cap has been able to do...the second the 90 cap comes around, probably gonna be some 90s right off...just go and kill a mangyang...boom...lvl 90

I'm no pro at sro, But i'm pretty darn sure that you can only reach level 90 by either pk2 editting isro or simply playing ksro.
We wont get the 90 cap until the new race is released(Not sure of name)
But then we will have[Scimatars,Claws and more]
Cannot wait!

Wrong No versions of sro have that race, and kSRO and cSRO and I think tSRO all have 90 cap

there are plenty of lvl 80s in the game
but
there are only a handfull of legit lvl 80s
legitemate = legit = non botter
plain and simple
