Earth Magicians? i can never find the spot were theres only them, anyone know where i can find a whole bunch? beecause im doing european liq. and i need 100 eyebrows

I don't think there is a spot only with Earth Magicians. I done mine on a place where two regularly spawned, but there were Gun Powders on it too.
