thats the point of security question. it's something only the account owner can know and can't be retrieved in any way.

No. Refer to suicidegrl's be hacked.
Even a supposed star player who the GMs have talked to MANY times couldn't get her password changed...no one else can...EVER.
JM does suck in respect to that.
