Hello all. I've been thinking about getting Silk Road but I'm not sure whether I should, I've already made an account but it is 500 mb to download (afaik) and I don't want to download it for nothing. Anyway, I am from New Zealand and I'm just wondering where most of the servers are located? Are there any servers close to NZ (Australian servers ?) ?

I've been having some trouble with another free MMOG I recently got as the lag is quite intense.

lol lag can be quite intnese here, but better then some games like rappelz
most of the time its ok, but when it lags, it lags and lags for hours,

First of all welcome

I've got a few friends playing this game. They are from Australia. So I think NZ should b okay.
Ocassionally you would experience lag. Thats not only you, every1 gets it.
You can pick any server you like, make no difference really.
SRO is a good game with some flaws, but still i would say its worth the time.

Archlord, saw it was free so I thought I might try it out, very laggy though, for me anyway.

nope i dont think it is
cos my mate d/l it on his laptop that had vista and he couldnt play

I live in Australia and I play fine, no connection wise lag whatsoever, and yes, SRO is compatable with Vista, plays fine on my Laptop.
