I have to say cats are far better than Dogs I have had both and I will always be a cat person... dogs are cool dont get me wrong but cats keep the cuteness they have when they are a kitten for life dogs dont they just get smelly and fat. lol

If it would be your first time snake then I would advise getting a Corn, as they are easy to look after then other snakes.. They normally eat straight away after getting them, as other species of snakes won't eat for some time after. As travelling stresses them out and they stop eating.
In the UK it is illegal to feed snakes live food, as it can be dangerous for the snake and cruel to the other animal.. I've seen pic's of a dead python, killed by a rat.

well i have a bad experience with a dog when i was little, i was bitten by a big dog(don't know the breed)  but i don't fear or hate them, cause most of the breeds are good to have...
