how do you prevent it? because i always buy silk and this scares me..

I agree with that logic. If you are a bit too worried, try using a different payment option.

what, how do u pay more then what u have in ur paypal? because i put money into my paypal balance but always buy 300 silk with my credit card, so 1 day i used my credit card, it took off all my balance (which was 89 cents) but it didnt say anythign about the credit card, even though i used the credit card before, does it save the credit card info so u dont always have to renter or...
