the farming den in jangan, northern part u'll see a guy standing there with loot around him.
you gotta do a quest for him while wearing ur trader flag.
the lv38ish uru den, u gotta do a quest for him too.
wear ur trader flag also
and in karakoram but who does a trade from there anyway? O_o

No its Bandit Stronghold, Bandit Den (where Uri spawns), and in taklamakan in Niya Generals
