make sure your usin xp cuz i ddnt try it on vista, and make sure you hav 2 users that re admins on that pc, log on admin1 and run sro, switch user to admin2 and run sro, they will work if you have a big hard disk or if you split your hard disk into 2 ... its workin fine with me, by this you can plvl 3 of you players at 1 time with 2 pc's

i got 1.5 gb ram (1gb + 512mb) on my 1st pc and (4gb quad core dou on my other) obviously the 2nd is better, but u can cope with it
id say 1.5gb is enough with high speed LAN

If you guys cant get it to work by logging off, try this way..
- Make a new user on the pc called "silkroad" with password as "silkroad".
Now log into your main user on your pc and start up silkroad, wait till it gets to the login screen (at least). Minimize silkroad, go to the silkroad folder, right click on "Silkroad.exe" and click "Run as", Check "The following user", now type into each of those boxes , "silkroad" once you've done that, click ok. Click start Now log in!
*NOTE: Hasn't been tested yet*
1% Credits to Storm for the idea x-d

the only thing that i see is the problem is that its like the same thing as using softmod because JM sees the same ip from 2 chars so i wouldn't recommend this even though there are ways to bypass the gameguard problem but still wouldn't recommend it its like multi-clienting the bad way cuz its just like using softmod, at least thats how it seems to me.

ok regardless how you play it doesn't matter ^^
On Topic however: this doesn't work because it disconnects you from the Internet when you switch users so please next time try it before you post ^^
