Personally i think the hyungo ghosts die rather funny. If you dont know how they die when you kil them they split in half with blood spewing from the spine and their top half is shaking his over sized giant red claw. Lol

Post what mob you think dies the wierdest.

I have never seen lord yarkan die *runs of to stage 6 so he can acctually see what is happening*

Earth Ghosts kinda die strange cause they shake their axe at you like they're saying, "Damn Yooooou!!!"

Personally I think the way Lord Yarkan dies is more cool rather than strange.

power/strong earth ghosts fly backwards when they die as if they're in some mario game. looks really funny when 5 of them die together.

For funny the Earth Ghost and Karra's, looks funny when they flop like that.

LY dies really cool, never really seen the heart explosion since he's such a dwarf, especially when he spawned those giants. >>

Bug. Sometimes you see the same pose in other games aswell.
If you put a skin on a model that's usually the standard pose.

My own character does that sometimes as well, like when lagging when taking a screenshot. Like this screen of mine:
