i was pvping in jg btw i am wiz so i use my aoe attack while i was attacking someone started unwearing the cape then boom i am murder (first time in my life) i lost some item 2  i thought to tell u guys so u don't have this problem like me

The yellow bar is there exactly to prevent that.
Well, I read this as meaning that sombody decided to take off their cape after hemagoku started his aoe spell, and he received murderer status as a result.

I spend quite a lot of time wasting my time on south gates of towns, and I never seen that happen.
Either you got unlucky with some bug or you hit somebody else without meaning it.

i am sure i clicked him b4 he start unwearing while doing the skill he started unwearing it then that happened ,so just be careful guys while u pvp

Doesnt matter when you clicked him, its when you start the skill that matters.

My 1st murder  happen on a similar way...was before euro update...i atk. a thief while i was a hunter when he was removing his thief suit........as soon has i atk..his suit came off...he die and i got murder status

Don't attack ppl that are taking off their cape. Easy solution.
I allways keep killing ppl that do that. Pisses me off.

well i he wasn't when i was attacking then while i was he started taking it off ,the item i lost couldn't find something like it had to buy npc one

hit registers as soon as the capes taken off

I'm really paranoid when it comes to PvP.
When I see somebody take their cape off I stop everything I'm doing to avoid stupid mistakes >_>
