i downloaded it , it finished downloading, i put it in C:/ ... and i hit run, it says error ... AAAAHH i hate fileplanet , is there another way i can download it?

Really high.
If you can't play Oblivion easily, or Bioshock easily, you'll have massive issues with UT3.
I'd recommend a minimum of like a GeForce 7 series or higher, and all the goodies.

Go to run and type in dxdiag. Take a screenshot of system and display. Paste it in paint and host it.
