At each cap raise they should make it so all your skills are refunded for full sp so you can reinvest.

This would also help people who effed up their sp in the first place.

Not really in ksro they can buy item mall items for gold too.
So he got the choice to use item mall for silk.
Or buy skill reset from stalls for gold.
In ksro there are more goldbots then isro for a reason

It's nothing new in ksro since some of those high level so called
legit ppl spend 1000-5000$ to the game to buy things.

well thats not that good idea cuz it would be too easy to switch from eg blade to glaive..

for this problem there are reallocation potions from item mall OR cursed hearts, of course everyone will use item mall cuz even with 100% refundation you will need twice as SP at 110 cap as at 100 cap

but I wasnt pointing at reallocation problem
