Hey guys. So, I know this question is asked a lot, but I just wanted to get the latest rumors, myths, etc.

Anyone have an inside scoop or actual knowledge of when the next big update will be? To 9 deg. gear? Unlock of the greyed out area on map? cap increase, etc?

Roc is 100 not 90

.......who said anything about roc? Saytan is lvl 90, and he is on Roc Mountain, and that is the area for lvl 90s...

If your talking about Roc mountain then it would open at 90 cap since roc mountain holds mobs from lvl 70-90. If you're talking about Roc the unique his level is way above 100.

As for the next update, who knows when it's gonna come. Before the european update there was plenty of people that were "sure" that lvl 90 cap would come august or september. I'm just going to wait until joymax announces any new update before I'm concerned about it.

I don't know what your talking about but on cSRO Rock monsters are level 80-90...Chiin tomb monsters are level 90-100+ (csro does not have Chiin tomb yet but I have read about it).

The only time Roc has ever been spawned in any version of sro was on Tsro for an event, and they couldn't even scratch him. You can find videos of that on youtube and in those videos, roc does kill plenty of players in 1 shot with his triple strike skill. Also if you consider the hp of uniques, roc would have to be WAY higher than level 100 because his hp is 691,376,688 compared to saytan's 12,732,060 hp and Lord Yarken's 9,353,045 hp (got my info from http://shimpedia.net/sro/).

my point exactly, Roc is a special event, and it wouldnt be a special event if he died in 10 minutes. But he cant be so high that no one gets exp, and everyone dies 1 shot.

I would wonder if Roc is one of the Islam uniques somehow because isn't it in the Voyages of Sinbad? And JM seems to try and have the Uniques fit the area they are in ... like Ceberus is from Greek mythology ... Saytan is similar to Satan which would be the European devil and so on.
