Just thought I'd share this program with you after a long time of using it. It checks servers, similarly to rev6, however it comes in a neat little app, and refreshes much more often than rev6. Because of this, you can usually get in during peak hours within two minutes, if not, right away. Of course there's the usual delay if you're just lolling about
As for its legality, this is a 3rd party program, but although it has to do with SRO, it is not directly affecting, or interacting with, your gameplay, and thus is not illegal.
So, have fun with it, and present it to anyone who is about to quit because they can't login
