magic slot on item

I saw that job suit and eg mask had slot for upgrade like wing does it work? some people said you could add stats to job suit once u reach high lvl, is it true?

my euro is lvl 59..i would be around 75 but i havent been on in a while

Hopefuly Joymax mite add the option 2 add stats 2 stuff like job suits and event items.
