7 hours. Want to sleep more but can't, don't really need it either.. But would be cool and nice to sleep a bit more.

I cant bare sleeping little..
I sleep 10-12 hours in holidays sometimes, and 7-8 hours during schooldays.
I'm gonna be dead if i wake up after 4-5 hours of sleep. I'm already dead if i wake up after sleeping 8 hours

It's the same way with me, when I work I try to get somewhere under 8 hours or else I'm dead tired when I get up. Other times I sleep about 10 hours and wake up just fine.

I used to sleep 4 - 6 hours a day. I decided to try always getting atleast 8 hours, and since then i've been feeling a lot better, getting sick less often, and being more productive while awake (and away from srf)

like 8-10 hours before i breaked my arm..
now i sleep 5-7 hours.. cuz i wake everytime that i sleeping on my arm and it hurts like hell...
