1st idea's great.
for the 2nd idea, here's my enhancement to it: In the options, you can choose wether you will allow other players to help (or ks) when fighting certain mobs. like a checkbox:

Code:

accept help fighting:
-blue mobs: yes/no
-green mobs: yes/no
-grey mobs: yes/no
-orange mobs: yes/no
-red mobs: yes/no
-champions: yes/no
-giants: yes/no
-party mobs: yes/no

good idea? yes/no

storage PIN is a really good idea, but I can see the hacker getting frustrated with it and just deleting the character entirely or something petty like that, plus most people are probably too lazy to unequip all their gear and lock it all up for safekeeping. good idea though

There are still ppl got hacked and items stolen with PIN code. Since they got keylogger, there is a chance that the keylogger could log the screen shot =.=

commercial key logger such as arXXXax have that function
