Ahem, now since alpha there are alot of char skills that are more annoying than others. All skills have uses, no matter how mundane, but some are more annoying than others. I've tried to rank them, though this is based on my opinion and from a small survey I got from my friends. Though the list will differ according to your experience in silkroad, you dont agree? feel free to discuss

. So here we go, the top 5 most annoying skills in silkroad:

#5 Ice

There was a time not so long ago (60 cap) where ice bladers own, really they do (wipe that shocked face away). Not only blade combos were cool, they even casts coolness through cold imbue (epitome of coolness). You get hit too often, with minimal counter attacks :s.

With perfect ice immunity now possible, this strategy is almost obsolete, if not only significant at lower levels.

#4 Who is the Juggernaut?!?! B@#$%!

Ah yes, defense buffs. There are so many of its ilk. Iron skin, snow shield etc. Pure ints that couldnt tank, could now well.. tank. Use it in a job/guild war and you're a freaking genius. Use it in cape and its just annoying (part of the game, yes yes, we know this <.<). Very effective in 1on1, but in team? well dont get me started on bless... You could see them, but you can only scratch. Speaking of seeing them...

#3 Poof!!! Tada, this is my disappearing trick.

Invisible and stealth are two of the most useful skills in any pvp if you have access to them (including lvl80 wiz skill, group invisible). But in freaking cape? OMG, like urgh, its cape and its 1on1, and you dont declare attack, you just come out of safe zone and one or two hit your opponent, then run back waiting for invisible/stealth to recharge. You must like the safe zone huh? Now about safe zones...

#2 Scorn

Alright, there is one use for this skill when it matters. For everything else, its just there to annoy.

Rogue comes out of safe zone and scorns you while cape pvping, then runs back to safe zone. Then the rogue says "Noob!", and you're like "Wtf?". Wash, rinse, repeat. You're there and you cant do anything about it, cause they just keep doing it, and you're watching them doing it. Which brings us to the #1 most annoying skill in silkroad...

#1 Knock down

When bladers do it, they can hardly kill you. Now we have rogues who could do it from afar. Though by itself, it is already annoying, but sometimes with lag you can get glitches because of this skill. Why does it deserved to be ranked #1 you say? Well, cause more often than not (except for xbow rogues with xbow extreme) you just get to lie there on the ground and waste pots. Even new charachters with knockdown skill could do it, and their friends who started playing silkroad with a blader that has lvl 1 of the first book of knock down could knock you down in cape pvp, and they keep doing it -.-.

Anyway, thats the top 5 most annoying skills on silkroad according to me. If I miss a skill that should be up there, then feel free to discuss. :love:

I agree with KD and Scorn. Scorn imo is the most annoying, a level 1 with that skill can use it against a level 80

It's not fun when its done to you, but it's REALLY fun when your doing it to someone else

I thought about that, should definitely be up there if it was a top 10 of the most annoying skills. Short cooldown time, and it has pretty decent damage (but only from lvl 7x pacheon users). Rogue power shot is similar, though dont hit you as often.

If you use it on a player, the player will switch target to your char instead.

Being a player from the 60 cap although i was never a high level back in the 60 cap without a doubt i would have to say the most annoying skill is ice imbue + blader chains.

From having them used on me *only the 2nd and 3rd book chains back in those days due to me being new* it would annoy me to no extent, even more than any other skill possibly could.

Gotta love ice immunity :love:

IMO, inivis is number one.

There is always some noob running around in stealth or invis thinking they are some hot shot. They just plain suck. A wizard or a rouge lose in 1v1 most of the time, so to compensate for their tiny e-penis they go into safe, invis, run out, attacks a few times, run inside and say "noob!". The day i see a REAL, GOOD, LEGIT, rouge or wizard, the world will end.

O, and i must admit, now one of the most annoying Skills is Poison.

Wana know why? Simple!

Forgot i had the Resize option on, guess ull have to sqwint ur eyes XD

So, i was PvPing outside of Const, some chinese came to kill the Euros, and i couldnt have that happening! Lol. So i went to give them hell.

However, as you guys know. Without cure or pill potions, Poison can last for minutes right? So.. yeah... i poisoned a couple of guys, and was bored, so i went inside, but then.. tried to remove cape.. but nothing. It wouldnt let me, cuz even though i was FAR away, the guys were still under my poison effect....

It was SOOOO annoying

If you prarie dog in and out of the town safe zone during job or pvp, then your not good. If you dont, and are decent without doing it, then the end is coming...

that makes the ice blader the most annoying build

i would personally put scorn on rank 1 probably the only skill you totally cant do anything about, rest of them are ways to block stop them but scorn is terrible

some random ruining everyones fun glad it only can be used with cape or force attacks (going pink and die

) would be crazy if you could use it on everyone, can be fun in a guildwar of guilds you hate for example

i think someones mad that his build got pwnd over and over and over again so he says that Rogues and Wizards who retreat to the safe zone aren't "legit". Because ppl NEVER retreated to the safe zone b4 Euros came along.

The only time i retreat to the safe zone is to cast invis and the only time i have to do that is when some high lvl is at the gate killing everyone lower than him for no reason than calling us noobs when we ask him to leave. Other than that i stay out there and kill as many ppl as i can b4 i die then i get back up and do it again and yes other wizards and Rogues that are invis can be annoying but i have skillz to detect them and they never hit more than 2x. Fool me once shame you Fool me twice shame on me. You know whats coming prepare for instead of whining about it, i know its a shame you might have to do more than buff b4 you run out their, you might have to strategize :shock:

Agree with the stealth/invis its just stupid how since they can run out using stealth and 1 shot u b4 u even see them and run back in town and then they think they are so great

u got some good points there,but im rogue myself and i must say that it owns every1 else in PvP. when im jobbing (im thief) and im outside DW and i see an other thief getting owned :shock:

i put on stealth, then go scorn the high lvl hunter and then i scud away(like 80% faster run) 2 safe zone and the hunter will be so mad at me

but he cant c me

Its all in the size of the blade ^^. Bladers are easily the best looking class on silkroad. Maybe I should start a top 5 thread on this hmm.

Slumber and fear should deserve a spot, maybe I'll wait until 90 cap with new skills to come out and update this thread, we'll see (I dont know the new skills and effects yet :/).

Do ever have anything better to do other than troll anyone who says something bad about a rouge? First of all, the noobs cant even 1 hit me. Second of all, most of the time i end up killing them. They only kill me when im busy with someone else that already has 20% of my hp gone, then they can sometimes kill me. stfu, gtfo, and go beat off to your rouge elsewhere. Your just one of those kids that think your leet cuz you can invis and attack people and think you won in a 1v1.

In fact, your probably worse, too afraid to invis in a "1v1" so you wait for your target to be ganked then come out. Awsome strategy, teach me your skill men plzzzzzzzzzzz

Dont stray too far away from the topic. This isnt about discussing the merits of a particular build or how it should or shouldnt be played. Its about skills or its effect (and some overlap between classes) that players find annoying (this is subjective). Its all in the name of fun anyways. Some players may not be aware of these skills or how they could be abused, so its all good information. Plus, what might be very annoying to the receiver, can be extremely fun for the doer
