I tried to find their phone number. But was unsuccessful. Last I tried was February of 2007.

I did find their number in Korea. Couldn't even understand, so that was useless.

LOL could you imagine the phone calls they'd be getting right now if they made their phone number easily accessible to the public

here is there PR FIRM info (PUBLIC RELATIONS)

Joymax Enters Agreement With Kohnke Communications
SAN JOSE, CA – September 12, 2007 – Joymax, an independent developer of interactive entertainment for the global market, has hired Kohnke Communications, LLC, as its public relations agency for North America. Kohnke will work with Joymax to create press outreach and strategies for Joymax’s upcoming and current game library, including Silkroad Online, the company’s historical fantasy massively-online role-playing game title.

“A company as globally-oriented as Joymax needs regional experts on its side,” said June K. Son, general manager of Joymax. “Kohnke represents the kind of experience and dedication that we want representing us to the American gaming market.”

“Joymax brings a unique and refreshing approach to game design and development that will serve to broaden Kohnke’s breadth of experience,” said Richard Kain, general manager of Kohnke Communications. “We are confident that we will bring their games to the right audience and establish Joymax in the U.S.”

I called KohnkeComm and spoke to a rep...
She informed me that they are aware of the security breach, tried to give me Joymax's email..

I asked for there California Phone # and she said that Joymax has said not to give that out..

She confirmed the Joymax office is in San Jose but will not disclose the address specifically..

I mentioned a class action lawsuit and was immedietly let go.

Joymax sucks.

I spoke to Ranni Yoo at the Public Relations firm.

She said thaty Joymax said not to give out there info...other then their EMAIL...

joymax.usa@gmail.com

*my generic email to joymax...*

Quote:
I am inquiring about Joymax's stance on recent "hacking/website exploitation"?
I personally lost a level 80 character on Babel, xxxxxxxxx was the name. I buy silk and I buy a FAIR amount of it, I pay to play this game with the "enhancement items". I expect to be treated as a paying customer.
Many people I know had their accounts hacked in the last week, and this not a result of anything the user did or did not do. This is 100% the result of Joymax's lack of properly securing their website. I am requesting an answer on how Joymax plans to resolve these issues.

Honestly I am clearing any existing account of valuable items or gold, moving them to a new acct... Contacting Paypal to charge back all silk purchases in the last 45 days... $245 for all my accounts in the last 45 days...

You know how you can tell Joymax is unprofessional? They use a gmail.com email account.

Actually yes it's very unprofessional. This is a multimillion dollar company. How much does it cost to setup a joymax.com mail server in the US? Pennies.

Stop trying to call. Phone harassment makes it worse.

calm down assess the situation, and think. what does joymax value more than anything in the world?; money and of course player satisfaction, what will hurt joymax the most is a double edged sword. what will make joymax "move" just may annoy the players even more. NOW! the question is how do you effect their money and the player's behavior, in such a way, that dramatic action must be taken?
............well threats wont work, right? and spamming them will most likely NOT work. so before i go any further ask, why is that joymax's most valued asset, and why cant it be touched nor effected. the end user license agreement and terms of service prevent any major problems from having to be "dealt" with publicly, so, maybe joymax is in fact more active than we assumed.
............why keep the California office number a secret? well quite simply to prevent any problems that may arise during the transition of isro from the hands of joymax. [a man can dream can't he?]
