Submit a ticket with as much account info as possible (anything you can think of, at ALL, pertaining to your account, that it stands to reason only the real account owner would know) and request a change for whatever you need changed ultimately.

Did you do the email verification? If so, just keep trying different emails that you have (they have to be real emails for verification to work).
If you didnt do email verification, log onto site and then go to manage account.
