Not a day. A week. The taxes are set on saturday. They are valid for the rest of the week.

Fortress war is pretty pointless unless you are a lvl80. I'd like to see sub 64's in a fortress war actually making a difference. Basically its a supped up guild war. The taxes are only +or- 20% though I think.
