I think angel wings wont be released again, at least not for this month.
Tho you can save that money to get devil wings  , whenever they're released.

Halloween suits are still 'in stock' and seeing as they come in a 3 part set they're the better choice, more stats to add 'every little helps'
never knew you couldn't wear the broom without the suit though, probably one of JM's tricks.
