my mag balance

So im lvl 54, have a total of 8 str on my shield, sword and 1 armor peice,and a total of 10 int on sword, shield and on 1 armor peice. Rest is stuff i found or with 60+ phy and mag def.
I dont plan on getting better stuff until like lvl 64 and get the upper like lvl 57-64 gear or whatever, and then farm with some good gear.
Is this bad? So i have 88% mag balance and 62% phy balance.
So is this good % for only +0 armor, with pretty much no blues.

You should always search for items with as much int\str (depends on what you need more) as possible.

if your a hybrid you need the money to have descent blues on your stuff at all times, as long as you do ok damage and dont die at your current level you can get by untill you make some money.

Ya i fight like 2 lvls below me, and get the same xp as 2 lvls above me.
And they only take like 100-200 damage away from me.
