Pirate sweeping 2 / Finding harp (euro quests)

Just wondering.. first you have to form a party, i got one member and managed to get a quest

Now that i have got a quest, can i go and do it alone? I mean if i go hunt pirate brigade champions, they will eventually drop the flag?

..and same with finding harp quest? i got the quest so i can leave the party, go hunt them alone and i can get that harp?

For the flag I'm sure you must have a party member close to you for it to drop.

For the harp, I'm not sure, but I think you can do it alone.

I had a party coming for the harp quest....oh so long ago.... and while he was coming I killed 1 hungry megalopia and I got both our quest from it. I don't think he was close enough to get xp cuz it took him a while to get here.

Thanks for the answers.. i have tried to get that flag and harp some time.. i have both quests but i'm not in party atm... killed quite a lot and no luck.. but it's hard to keep members in party, they always leave so fast if they get no exp immediately

I try to get a member in town and when i got one i go to do quest, and peeps always leave before i get to kill quest mobs :/
