Going to make a new charcter that has bow

I need you guys help again. im going to make a new charcter and make him have bow but what should i do here are the questions.I am kind of new to Silkroad Online

1) What build should i use str or int

2) What force skills should i use fire light or cold

3) What armor should i be using

4) Should I sp farm

personally, pure str fire,light, and little cold or force, use garments, sp farm duh

2. Fire,Lighting
3. Garment/Protector. I should use garment
4. Yes

ive heard that people have been saying that 70:70 bow build is that like just putting 3 skill points in str and 3 in int next lvl
