He isnt really the worlds "smartest" man. From a Scientific point of view he is smart. But no there is NO suck thing as smartest or dumbest. You might know something that he doesnt.

i cant say he is smartest and nobody can say he is really when there is ppl out there who can be smarter then he but nobody know it
and ppl can be smarter then him on something even we can , so he is not the smartest

Guy kinda scared me when he mentioned god the beginning of the vid...
Hes a guy who solved that I.Q. test the best until now... No one did it better than he did so far right? That doesn't mean there couldn't be someone smarter than him, maybe that person just didn't do that specific I.Q. test... hell I didn't do that I.Q. test, maybe I'm smarter than him, or maybe someone else on this forum is? I doubt it tho, because the test was in English, English vocabulary questions... thats not a proper i.q. test because it involves experience.
